1.What time must an event end? All events must conclude by 11:00 PM. Cleaned up and out by 11:30 PM.
2.Can we use our choice of caterer? Absolutely! You are welcome to choose the caterer of your choice.
3. How many guests can the barn accommodate? We can seat up to 165 guests comfortably indoors. We also offer outdoor patio space that can accommodate additional guests, and couples may choose to rent a tent to expand the seating capacity if needed.
4. Does the barn come equipped with tables and chairs? Yes! Tables and chairs are provided.
5. Can we decorate the barn? Yes— most definitely! We encourage you to make the space your own.
6. Can we bring in our own alcohol? No. We offer a cash bar with a bartender for your convenience.
7. Are there any hidden fees? No, there are no hidden fees.
8. Do you require a deposit? Yes. A deposit of $1,000 is required at the time of contract signing to reserve your date.
9. When should we reserve the barn? As soon as possible—dates fill up quickly.
10. When is the rental balance due? The remaining rental amount is due 90 days prior to your event.
11. Is there parking available for guests?
Yes. We provide onsite parking for guests for your convenience.
12. Is the barn climate controlled?
Yes. The barn is equipped to help keep guests comfortable throughout the season.
13. Can we use candles? For safety reasons, no real flame is permitted inside the barn.
14. Is there someone onsite during our event?
Yes. A venue coordinator will be onsite to manage the facility, answer venue-related questions, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the venue’s perspective.
15. Do we need a wedding coordinator?
While our venue coordinator oversees the venue itself, we highly recommend hiring a wedding planner or day-of coordinator to manage your timeline, vendors, and the flow of your event. This helps ensure everything stays on schedule so you can relax and enjoy your day.
